TOUR FOR VISIT A GROUP OVER 250 PEOPLE

1. Saigon Tre tourist will meet to the organization to send a program and VCD introduce about the details of the tour and how to organize the tour with the tour guide
2. Saigon Tre tourist will inform the program and picture of places, transportation, hotels and others suggestions on the PC to make the trip more pleasure
3. The next step is the agreement it is not financial agreement but to ensure all the details have been discussed. Saigon Tre tourist will invite the representative to visit the site of the hotels, restaurant where they will be stay during the trip
4. If both sites agree to all the details relating hotels, restaurants…we will have a final agreement which will require 10% of the agreement
5. At 7 days before travel, when Saigon tourist receives the final list we will order the bus, hotels, restaurant, travel insurance and we need to have 50% deposit of the agreement. And the rest will paid in full when travel tour is finished from 3 to 5 days
